Standard orders are sent out by www.theonestopgameshop.co.uk through Royal Mail. Items are dispatched via Royal Mail between Monday-Friday. We aim for them to arrive within 3-5 working days from the date of your order being placed. We may send items out individually when an order contains multiple purchases.
If you want your games a little quicker we offer next day special delivery (additional costs apply), which is guaranteed to arrive before 1 o’clock the next day (Mon-Fri), but you will need to be available at the delivery address in order to sign for the package. We aim to dispatch all pre-orders with the aim of arriving by release day. These are sent out via Royal Mail First Class before release day which aims to deliver the next working day. As this isn’t a guaranteed delivery service, we’re unable to guarantee delivery on a specific day.
While the vast majority of our orders arrive the next working day from dispatch, occasionally parcels can be held up or become lost in the post. Whilst we hope this is not the case, if your order has not yet arrived we kindly ask that you take the following steps before contacting us:
You will receive dispatch confirmation from One Stop Game Shop to your email address when this has been processed for delivery. Your mail server may redirect our mail to your junk/spam box. You can also view your order’s progress through you online account. Your order will show as processing until this has been dispatched, at which point the delivery status will be updated.
We are regulated by Royal Mail’s terms & conditions. Royal Mail require a waiting time from dispatch of 15 WORKING DAYS for orders being delivered within the UK, We unfortunately cannot take any action until this time has passed.
It’s possible the postal service may be holding your package. Please contact your local postal sorting office to see if they have your order. UK customers can find their local sorting office by calling 0845 6050767. If your order has been sent, and is past the lost parcel time frame for your region and you’ve contacted the postal service without success, please get in touch with us via our contact page with your name, order number and confirmation of your delivery address (including post code). We will then supply you with a lost parcel form and once this has been completed we will either replace your goods (stock allowing), or issue a refund.
